| I could use some ideas/suggestions on this brake problem. Recently, I replaced the master cylinder and brake booster (from a low miles car). I used the mitavac to bleed the brakes using the sequence of passenger rear, driver rear, passenger front and then driver front. when the car is on, the brake pedal goes to the floor and it is stuck down there, I cannot pull it up. The pedal returns to the normal position when the car is off. Is it safe to assume that the brake booster is working since it is able to pull and hold the brake pedal to the floor? Could this be caused by air in the brake lines (incomplete bleeding) or is my master cylinder is bad? I pushed on the piston of the master cylinder and it is pretty heavy to push. what is the best way to test a master cylinder outside of the car? ideas? suggestions? Thanks in advance
