I spent an hour under there today getting a better understanding of what you described. I removed my extended slave pin and played around with the pedal adjustment until I got it adjusted perfectly. There really wasn't much clearance for backing out the switches once the slave was all the way out. In fact, I would say it let me go the perfect amount with the appropriate free play at the top of the pedal with only the plastic of the switch sticking through. Thanks again for taking the time to bash intelligence into my feeble brain.
