Message I was able to put my air compressor on the line and hear it open and close repeatedly with the amount of air pressure i put on it. The expansion valve was replaced while this was all apart, I used to get it freezing up when the fan speed was low and humidity was high. Yes, it has the correct amount of refrigerant in the system and I look at the diag mode(s) in the auto ac all the time for output temps. I never knew about the service bulletin Barry mention, but I am still leaning towards what John was saying, that the compressor may be at fault here. I am not positive as I can only see the low pressure side.
