Subject	TPS idle and full throttle values

Message	After setting my TPS to .45V at closed throttle, I opened the throttle to full and it was reading 3.8V, under the 4-5V spec in the FSM. When I set the full throttle value to 4V, the closed throttle value went up to over .7V, well over the spec. Does this mean I need a new TPS or does something just need to be adjusted? Thanks
