The reason most recommend ATE Blue (or switch back to yellow) is so that you can see once you've pulled the fluid all the way through the line when it changes colors. It must go through the ABS unit before it reaches the caliper, so you know there isn't much potential for air to stay in the lines when you complete the proper bleed procedure and see the fluid color change. If you do have air in the lines and you believe you bled the system well, I would follow each line and connection to ensure you have no minor leaks anywhere.
