Subject	Passenger side head lights stopped working

Message	Little stumped here, as it states my passenger side head lights just stopped working. Both my high and low beams are not coming on, I do however get the high high beam if I pull back on the stalk. So far I have swapped bulbs Fuses and relays under the hood I think I am missing something simple but not sure what it is. I am going to take the multimeter to it tomorrow just wondering if someone has seen this before.
