Subject	crankcase presure

Message	I was told from a turbo rebuilder that I may have a problem with to little vacuum at idle and that maybe why the right side turbo smokes only after idling for some time.Can anyone give me some advice or things to try to fix this.A phone number to some one would be great. Thanks Tom
