Message	it sounds like the head bolts were installed incorrectly. There is one head bolt per bank that is shorter than the rest. It sounds like this bolt was put into the wrong hole, which resulted in insufficient thread engagement and stripped hole. I'd try the correct bolt and see if you can get the required torque. If not, the holes can be repaired with a timesert. [ http://www.timesert.com/ ] Not sure why Z1 told you otherwise, but they're wrong.
