| I am a happy man right now. No the turbos are stock not the Sport 500's. I did rebuild them though and figured I was going to have to buy new CHRAs until I found the post by Ash. There is just a small piston style ring on the turbine shaft that separates oil from exhaust so the small amount of back pressure idea does make sense to me. I just used a pair of Magnaflow cats #94106. These were a little too big around which made it harder to fit them in but they were the only ones locally available Monday when I started this project. I'm using J-spec downpipes so I just bolted up my NA exhaust which consisted of headers, testpipes, the factory resonator box, 20" glasspacks and SS mufflers on the end. All of that was necessary to keep the NA somewhat quiet but all of it was a straight shot through. I added the cats to the testpipes in the factory location, built a H-pipe to replace the resonator and replaced the glasspacks with pipe. It now has a nice deep sound that's not too loud.
