Most the test I've done, the fuel pressure holds for a while after turning the car off....but one test showed that the fuel pressure dropped to about 24 psi after about 20 minutes...then last night I started the car and got the correct pressure reading on the Fuel Pressure Tester...and then when I looked at the gauge this morning, it was a zero. But what's really odd is that when the engine is cold (and the FP gauge read 0) the car starts right up like a champ versus the horrible warm/hot starts that I have to push the gas to get her started. Oh, and to answer your question about when I turn the car to On without starting, I get a reading of around 41 psi. So based on the fact that my fuel pressure is dropping to zero over night, that may confirm a bad Fuel Pressure Regulator?
