Message	Just based off of the video your idle fuel pressure looks good. Watch the fuel pressure gauge after you turn the motor off. see if/how quickly you drop pressure. the high side of the fuel line has a one way check valve that if fails will allow your fuel pressure to drop quickly to Zero(there is normally pressure held in this line even when motor is off by this check valve). This bad check valve will give you symptoms exactly like what you have.
