Message I just did a rebuild on my car and can't say enough good things about Energy Suspension' poly urethane bushings. my OEM tension rods were split open. I pulled them off (only 3 bolts per side) which is very easy to do. paid a shop $40 to press out the old bushings. the way the enrgy suspension bushings are designed they are 3 piece per side and can be pressed in easily by hand and a rubber mallot. OEM tension rods are not adjustable so there is no need for an alignment after as long as you just remove the tension rods and don't mess with any other perts (i.e. control arms) . The difference was night and day. Sooo happy with them. Also at this time I did all of the rear bushings. I used the Master kit energy suspension sells. Its not very expensive, about $168.00 on Z1 Motorsports (This kit includes tension rod bushings along with many others). deffinatly worth it!
