Subject	Low oil pressure at warm idle-Common areas for oil leaks?

Message	Upon cold startup, my 91 TT runs around 90psi of oil pressure, decreasing down to 60-50 after 5 minute warm up. It settles down around 35psi after prolonged idling. When driving, it stays in the 50-70 range depending upon rpm of motor. The car currently has 88k miles on it, compression tests in range, and runs perfectly. I am replacing the oil pressure sensor above the filter next week and am curious and open to any suggestions as to problem areas to check for minor oil leaks which would be causing this issue while I'm at it.
