I purchased a package turbo, downpipes and actuator and am installing them now. However, the DS DP was conflicting with the wastegate so much that the gate would stick open until I loosened the DP it would pop shut. I used a grinder and hit the wastegate port on the DP side and enlarged the opening. The wastegate will open ow and close by itself, however, I can ever so slightly hear a tapping noise when I open the wastegate. It's rubbing every so slightly but not enough to prevent proper open/close. My question: once the car is heated up is there a possibility that it will bind up again? Would you remove the DP and grind it further?
