Message	my guess is that's when the o2 is running rich. You will only feel the stumble when the o2 is stuck lean. I'm sure it's possible to get a faulty o2 sensor that will die, just like almost anything else! If your setup allows you to easily change the o2 sensors, try swapping that o2 to the other side, and see if the code follows that sensor.
