Subject	Front inner tie rod Q's; and is my outer tie rod ok?

Message	This is what my passenger side front inner tie rod looks like, I believe it needs to be replaced... And yes, I know that my dust boot is supposed to be one-piece... :) When I was looking at the pics of new inner tie rods, I never see any grease. Does the new inner tie rod come with the grease already inside? What is the "ring" piece with the rubber backing in the middle of pic 3, is it the steering gear spacer (48636-33p00)? What is it supposed to be attached to, I am guessing that it is not supposed to be loose like that? Lastly, from the last 3 pics, is it possible to say whether my outer tier rod is OK? I tried to shake the wheel and the tie rod itself, nothing seemed to be moving. Thanks in advance all!
