| Talked to the guy/mechanic who helped guide me through the 120k job. He says we definitely had all the marks lined up, and that the issue we had with the tensioner was that the belt was too tight. It wouldnt quite reach 4mm gap, but was close. Thoughts? Isn't there only one way for the CAS to go onto the cam? Or is it possible that the CAS is off?
