Message	Find a small machine screw nut (M4?) that just fit snugly over the dowel pin. Tig weld the nut to the dowel pin. Make sure not to put too much heat. Let it cool down. Then use a plier and grip on the machine nut that is now welded to the dowel pin. Rotate it left and right and pulling it at the same time. Dowel pin should come out together with the nut.
