So...just bought a 90 ttZ with only 75K original miles... I've only driven it less than 750 miles since I purchased (which included the 500 mile drive back home)...and besides seeing black soot come out the exhaust (which I'm not used to seeing b/c I have a '91 NA that only puts out a small/thin amount of black smoke)..I now have a good amount of white smoke coming out the exhaust when I only started it up in the garage for 15 minutes!!...I'm currently aware that my IAA/IACV is broken and I have to replace...but this shouldn't cause the white smoke, correct?...I'm assuming I'm running rich since the Idle Air Control Valve unit is broken and I'm using 740cc injectors (ECU programmed of course) which may cause the soot....but what are all the possible reasons for the white smoke?? (just want to make sure I order everything I need from Z1 when I order my IAA/IACV)
