With the Cams in the right spot, ALL the Cam Sprocket marks will line up with the backing plate marks, and the Crank should be at #1 TDC ( if you put the cover on ) or the Divit on the Crank sprocket( behind the washer and if the Sprocket was not put on backwards) will match the Casting Mark in the Oil Pump Housing Cover.. it's not a mistery.. just basic TDC Timing.. I've done one four cam motor type, where everything is timed at 30 deg BTDC.. you have to have a book for that SOB to find the marks..
