"ive set timing, tps, checked throttle bodies, boost leak check data stream says the AAC is at 70% when usually its at 35-45% on most cars at idle. Through the eprom tables the ecu shows 53% at 85 degrees C, the im getting 70% in data stream?" You have an apples to oranges comparison in your description. Nistune is showing an AAC value of 70 (consult view), however that does not correspond to the table you have showing which is the Neutral Idle Target RPM table. This table shows that at 85 degrees, the target RPM is 663. 53 is the value in this table that corresponds to an rpm value of 663. Per my understanding, and it may be flawed, there isn't a relationship between the idle value and AAC %. If I had to guess, I would say that your hard idle switch may need to be adjusted. Timing at 25, TPS at 0.54? (can't make it out from the image you posted) I do realize you mention adjusting the TPS, but I bring it up this because the flags for displaying the switches in the consult window have not been checked and can't be verified from the image. If that is set properly, my next guess may be a vacuum only leak?
