Subject	Hicas delete bypass fitting question

Message	The bolts the screw into the bypass fitting cylinder have holes in them. It seems like they should be lined up so the fluid can flow through. Is this very critical for them to be lined up because when i tighten the bolt it will spin and not be aligned?
