Subject	Why is there black liquid coming out my exhaust?

Message	So...I'm used to my NA barely putting out some black smoke that I can see build up on the bumper since it's a white car....but I just bought a 90 TT, and I noticed it has really small dots of black liquid coming out the exhaust that I can see on the ground when I have it running in the garage. Is this b/c it's running too rich? ...if so, how can fix this?...or do I just have to deal with it until I can get it more lean somehow?..by maybe running 2 pop chargers since it currently has 740cc injectors, test pipes, EGR & AIV bypassed, etc...but the JWT ECU is tuned for a single cone air filter & the injectors, etc.
