| If you have bent valves the motor these heads were in suffered a broken belt or worse overreving. Make sure there is no damge to the chambers from the piston shoving the valve edge into them or damage to the guides before you go off buying a valve set. Replacing the heads for a good used set would be preferable to installing valve guides. Cheaper at least and because done at the factory less likely to be done wrong. While everything is loose, pressure test them for cracks in the water jacket, resurface them if necessary and do a valve job with new stem seals.
If you mill the gasket surface, in all likelihood, you will need adjustable cam gears.
