Subject	Passenger Timing Cover - Bolt hidden by water pipe!?

Message	I went to quickly remove my passenger side timing belt cover, and realized that it looks as if a timing cover bolt is behind the lower water pipe! Is this true? I mean, it must be, my eyes can't be deceiving me. I'm not sure how to access it, if it is even possible. I may be able to get an allen wrench and saw it off to almost a nub and sneak it in there, but I doubt it. I feel really dumb having put that bolt back in when I changed the belt last...
