Subject	steering wheel shake on the freeway

Message	Hello, reason of my post? to seek some help about my current issue....my steering wheeel and car vibrates on the freeway after 65 mph, I have done my homework... i have done multiple research on the issue.... car doesn't shake when i brake...car doesn't shake while in neutral and rps are revved up, all four tires are new, balancing and alignment have been done 3 weeks ago (didnt fix the problem), all 4 shocks are about a year and half old KYB/tokico combo with eaiback lowering springs... i have inspected all suspension components..matter of fact...front tension rods and ball joints are new... i see no play no leaks... anyone has gone thru the same problem?? pls help thank you
