| looks like you have adjusted the TPS too much for the car to be able to work with the CAS setting. BUT first check CAS & PTU connectors. so both TPS and timing are out.
maybe put it back to .39 and check the timing (should be 15 tdc) see tech section.
when was the last timing belt done?
if there is no adjustment left on the CAS it could be the timing belt is on wrong or slipped a cog.
