Message	Previously when I had the car up I used the steering knuckle (lower u-joint) to rotate the steering shaft and there is almost no resistance and it seems to be internal to the rack. I didn't check the outer tie rods as you suggested though. The rack had play in it from day 1, not like it was ever tight and got loose from wear. Next time I have the Z up I'll check the inner tie rof ends.
