The hardline from the master cylinder goes over the transmission tunnel and into a T fitting mounted on the battery tray support and there is no real advantage to removing it as it would be difficult to replace with anything better. One T fitting output is the fender bleed line and the other is a short hardline that goes down the frame rail. You can remove the T fitting and bend the short hard line a bit to connect it with the hardline from the master cylinder with a little union fitting. Or you could just remove the fender bleed line, keep the T fitting and plug the hole. Or you could remove the T fitting and short hardline and run a long braided line from the first hardline all the way to the slave cylinder. You could also run a long braided line from the master cylinder to the slave cylinder but getting mounted so it's not rubbing through a bunch of stuff would be key.
Any of the above would work as long as everything is nailed down and sealed up good.
