Message	It's fitted in the hose coming out of the return side of the oil cooler if memory serves. As for making your own lines: purely up to your ability to do so. I would skip it since they're a decently complicated piece once you factor in the AC lines and a mounting bracket and as mentioned above, used OEM parts can usually be found in the classifieds for very cheap, just post a wanted ad.
