Subject	Startup belt squeal....

Message	Any ideas on what else to check in order to make my belt squeal go away. I searched and saw that it might be because of the UR pulleys (blue) but wanted to see if it could be anything else. I already changed all the belts with the ones John at Exact suggested, no difference. Squeal mostly happens when its cold out. It does not happen when the outside temp is over 70 degrees or so. I also noticed that it squeals upon startup until the oil pressure reaches 90psi and then it stops. Timing belt was replaced about 10K miles ago. Alternator has less than 5000 miles on it. Thanks.
