The clamps aren't loose enough to spin. I'll probably do as Kevin B. suggests. Although a boost leak test does seem in order, it's nearly as much hassle to do that (with dual intakes) as it is to work on the clamp -- which I'd like to make accessible for maintenance purposes. In answer to Kevin S., the dyno results were generated at an Open House -- 3 runs for $50 -- just to get a baseline. Since the engine was out only a couple thousand miles before that, and the work done by a reputable technician, I assumed everything was tight.
