It sounds like the clutch is behaving like a high pressure clutch should. A heavy-duty 6-puck clutch can be difficult to launch smoothly under normal circumstances. If you want to be sure the engagement is set properly, bleed the entire clutch system well, then adjust the nut on the clutch pedal master cylinder input shaft to ensure the engagement level is appropriate. If it is set too low, it can be very difficult to let the clutch out without it jumping around violently (especially with a 6-puck), and it won't necessarily go into gear smoothly. I can't testify to the squeeking, that element is just strange and could be due to many factors like a leaking rear main seal slinging oil onto your clutch. You would probably be able to smell this happening. Personally, I'd spend the 3 hours required to pull the trans and take a look for myself.
