| have you checked any other threads or the FAQ section? there is so much that needs to be right for these cars to work well... how much maintenance / work have you done on the car?
like aliaZ said, it could be boost leak, it could be MAF, CAS, timing, PST, coil packs, injectors... and the list goes on. best thing is to get it on a diagnostic program, that will show you any issues (rather than just codes). start from the basic checks and check everything twice. but with bad mileage it doesn't sound like regulator.
also couldn't hurt the check the fuel pressure (and at different points).
