My Timing light sees 15 degrees. My timing belt was done correctly and sits on all of the teeth. But like I said. Im pretty sure my TBs are off. At WOP my Driver side TB is more open then the passenger side. So I believe they are not in sync. I can move the CAS and adjust the timing just fine. But if I set it at 15 degrees BTDC. It hesitates from 1000 to 2500 RPMS. Right after 3000 RPMS It runs just fine with no hesitation.
