Message	Comes it a two part syringe so it gets squeezed out in the same portions. Mix it up good and apply with a screw driver or some other flat blade. The good part in all this is that if you screw it up it's not that hard to pull the vinyl back up and clean the epoxy out to try again, just be gentle with the vinyl so it doesn't tear.
