There is a good diagram of all the bolts in the FSM and it's really not that hard. Getting the edge glued back down in a smooth manner is a decent tick though. The foam under the vinyl doesn't hold the glue very well so even if you get it soaked in epoxy and tightened down it might start peeling up again. I cleaned the foam out for about a 1/4" back from the edge of the vinyl and cut some long thin pieces of aluminum to fit under the edge and take up the space the foam used to, when I tried it without the aluminum spacers the edge dipped down too much and you could see under the vent.
I originally used some spring clamps but it was difficult to get a consistent pressure across each section so I switched to a combination of C-clamps and tape. It doesn't take much pressure to hold the edge down while it dries. Some two part epoxy from the hardware store seems to work well enough.
