Message	to cut ties with said REPUTABLE builder. You may even have to send the heads and engine off to get built by a reputable builder depending on your location but if thats what you have to do then thats what you do . If he screwed that part up, your engine doenst stand a chance ! I would want my money back and my heads fixed with a long explanation of how this happened .
