Message	as well as outboard cooling pits. I do not use the 4 minute JB as it is not as strong as the 24hr stuff. Also I use the JB Marine weld 24 hr set but the regular JB 24hr set is just as good, just a marketing thing. You just have to clean and rough up the surface for good mechanical bond. With aluminum pitting I clean up with muritic acid (pool acid carefully done with a brush) and wash off with water after about 2 -10 minutes, judgement here - experiment before use but it works great.
