Z mechanic . The Tranny bolts are very specific as to their location and it appears your rear main seal was not replaced or done incorrectly . There is nothing simple about the Z and cutting any corners when doing repairs/ maintance will only come back to haunt you . If the clutch job $$$ set you back then I would have to agree with your previous comment and sell . They look sweet and are loads of fun but very expensive to own and maintain . Your tranny will have to come back out and you will have to spend another $400 to replace a $12 rear main seal that should have been replaced the first time . If you get someone to replace the r.main seal on your Z that doesn't know Z's then you will have to pay for the correct person to do it the third time , the correct way . By this time you will hate your car but you will know that saving a couple of hundred can cost you a couple of thousand . I only speak from experience . Good luck
