Subject	Sensor after catalytic converters

Message	Hi, I'm in the process to replace my complete exhaust system and notice that there is two sensors (one on each pipe) located after the catalytic converters. What will happen if I disconnect them? Will the ECU need to be reprogrammed? Thanks Charles
