Message	a builder you know do the work for cheap, it only makes sense to have someone like IPP do the work. I can tell you from personal experience of buying his Stage 4 longblock, that his work is impeccable. Going to the level of facing all the freeze plugs in the same direction should hint at his attention to detail. 1993 TT. R.I.P. 09.15.2010
