Message	dowel pins up cams in neutral position(no valves open). Bank 2 stays this way for timing belt install. For Bank 1 if cams are installed roll the cams so the dowel pins are up and then slowly rotate to the left till they sit in a neutral position. Once you install the heads,gears and ready to install the belt you will be able to roll the cams(bank1) up to their alignment dots. Keyway on crank pointing at Bank1 for head install(TDC).
