Subject	Stop/tail warning light (red one) STILL on! Why!?

Message	Okay, so the Stop/tail warning light (red one) comes on ONLY whenever the car is running and I press the brake pedal. Well, the manual says that one or more of the stop/tail light bulbs are burned out and to replace. I replaced every single one of the bulbs and tested them multiple times. Stop/tail light warning light STILL comes on EVERY time I hit the brake!! Any ideas as to why?
