Message	will stay on there until you repair it and if you've gotten a good look at the vacuum tubing going to the boost solenoids and frpvr it's scary but the under hood temps on our cars are such that rubber hoses will only last so many years. My suggestion to you is to replace all you can with silicone hose because in the world of OBDII a small vacuum leak will send the car to code and unless repaired it will just keep coming back on.
