LIKELY a slight amount of rust or debris on the Valve Seat. LIKELY it will clear up upon running.. Not an Uncommon Problem.. In the Old Days, when an Engine was put to bed, Oil was pored through the Intake while it was running, until it fowled the Plugs and Quit.. This coated all the Surfaces with Oil, then the Intake and Exhaust was Covered and Sealed.. Also FAKE spark plugs were installed that had a Desiccant in them to remove moisture.. There was more to the procedure, but this was the Basics of it.. It made sure the Engine would wake up in it's next life, ready to run with no rust problems.. I think when your engine comes to life, what ever the Debris is will be washed/Pounded out of the Engine, and all will be fine.. Cj
