Message Hi,
the key is "white smoke" and this is your description of the issue.
would you say that a kettle gives off white smoke?
So, first you need to determine if its is smoke or steam.
Smoke will hang around for a bit and smell of burnt oil.
Steam will be wofty and not smell of much unless its coolant and then it will be king of sweet.

as the climate gets colder going into winter there tends to be more condensation inside the exhaust and any vapour produced from combustion will appear as steam.

white smoke from oil could indicate a number of problems as to why oil is getting into the combustion / exhaust system.
Extra water / coolant getting into the combustion system is also a concern.

So, it could be nothing or it could be something.
You really need a better diagnosis of the symptom.

best of luck and I hope it's only a little normal steam.
