Message	properly functioning. This solenoid controls the idle when you turn the a/c on. It's basically a step up solenoid which increases the idle to compensate for the drag of the a/c compressor. It is located on the IACV drivers side rear of engine. Need more? This is much written. Search. _________________________________________________
