Message	Zmax is junk... I put a bottle in my crankcase a couple years ago and about two days later I had a turbo seize up. I don't know for sure that is what did it, but the turbos only had about 8k miles on them at the time. I recently started using a ZDDP adder, comp cams break in additive. I understand that a couple years ago the govt mandated that companies start pulling most of the ZDDP out of motor oils, and it is, and always has been the best lubricant additive for smooth, quiet, efficent operation of an internal combustion engine. The comp cams stuff is 9 bucks a bottle or so, and it absolutely eliminated the noise from my valve train (jwt 500 cams, ferrea valves, springs and retainers) It is amazing stuff.
