Subject	Engine break in.

Message	So I just wanted to turn the engine over to get some oil in the engine before i started it up. (SAE 30 non detergent.) I heard a noise..kinda thought a valve was hitting a piston. I removed the front Covers and timing is perfect. It has JWT cams, Ferrea 1mm valves, Dual springs, and Hydraulic lifters. I turned the crank with my ratchet and it gets really hard at one point. does it mean my Hydraulic lifters just dont have any oil? Jensen auto in ogden did my heads. Block was done by metric motors.
